Mission
The mission of the Francis O’Bryant Mentorship Program is to improve the quality of life of young men within our communities. Our goal is to help these young men gain success, self-love and pride as they walk into manhood.

We seek to serve as a beacon of leadership by utilizing our diverse talents to create environments where our children are motivated to achieve, and to empower our young people to become self-sufficient shareholders in the economic and social fabric of the communities they live.

Values
We are committed to the emotional, spiritual, social and intellectual development of youth and the economic empowerment of the young men based on the following precepts: respect for self, family and community, accountability, spirituality, justice, and integrity while empowering the people we serve to not only survive but to thrive and succeed. We are committed to “Making a difference one life at a time”.
